• Email address — when you join the waitlist.
• Usage data — pages visited, buttons clicked, and general browsing behavior on this site, collected anonymously via PostHog.
• Technical data — browser type, device type, and approximate country, collected automatically by our analytics tools.

We do not collect names, payment information, or any sensitive personal data.

• To notify you by email when Kura launches.
• To understand how people use our website and improve it.
• To measure interest in the product.

The legal basis for processing your email is your explicit consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). Analytics data is processed under our legitimate interest in improving the service (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

• Supabase — stores your email address securely. Data is hosted in the EU. Privacy policy.
• PostHog — analytics platform, EU region. Does not sell data. Privacy policy.
• Vercel — hosting and performance analytics. Privacy policy.

We do not sell your data to any third party.

Your email is kept until you ask us to remove it or until Kura launches and the waitlist is no longer relevant. Analytics data is retained for 12 months.

If you are in the EU or UK, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction or deletion of your data.
• Withdraw your consent at any time.
• Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
